Please read these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the Camera GPS Map: Geo Timestamp mobile application operated by Penvy (“us”, “we”, or “our”).
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Camera GPS Map: Geo Timestamp, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you must discontinue the use of the application immediately.
2. License and Acceptable Use
- We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the application strictly in accordance with these Terms.
- You agree not to use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to forging GPS coordinates for fraudulent or deceptive purposes.
3. Accuracy of Location and Timestamp Data
While we strive to provide accurate geolocation, address, and timestamp data, accuracy depends heavily on your device’s hardware, satellite signal availability, cellular connection, and third-party map data providers. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of GPS coordinates, address details, or time stamps.
4. User Data & Content Ownership
- You retain full ownership and rights to any photos, videos, or media created using the app.
- We do not claim ownership over your media files.
5. Intellectual Property
The application, including its original source code, design elements, features, and brand assets, remains the exclusive property of Penvy.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
- The app is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
- In no event shall Penvy or its operators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the application or reliance on stamped location data.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our application immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including breach of these Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable local laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
