Terms of Service

Welcome to Anything – Save & See Later (“the App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. License to Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license to use the App on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

2. No User Accounts

The App is designed to function without the creation of a user account. We do not manage your credentials. Your access to saved data is tied to your Apple ID and iCloud account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Apple device and account.

3. Content & Data Ownership

  • Your Content: You retain full ownership of any content you save (links, videos, PDFs, photos, etc.). We do not claim any rights to your content.
  • Storage: Data is stored locally on your device and synced via Apple iCloud. We have no access to this data.
  • Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you save. You agree not to use the App to store or manage content that is illegal or infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
  • Decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive the source code of the App.
  • Use the App to harass, abuse, or violate the rights of others.

5. Intellectual Property

The App’s interface, logo, code, and design are the intellectual property of Anything – Save & See Later. You may not copy or use our branding without express written permission.

6. “As Is” Warranty

The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or that access to your content will be uninterrupted. We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from hardware failure, iCloud sync errors, or accidental deletion.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developers of Anything shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data or profits) arising from your use of the App.

8. Third-Party Services

The App allows you to save content from third-party platforms (e.g., Instagram, YouTube). Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms. Anything is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for these third-party services.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
