Privacy Policy for Anything – Save & See Later

At Anything – Save & See Later, we believe that your digital life is your business, not ours. Our app is built with a “Privacy by Design” approach, meaning we have no way to access, read, or collect the content you save.

1. No Personal Information Collected

We do not require you to create an account, provide an email address, or share your name to use the app.

  • No Accounts: We do not have a sign-up process.
  • No Tracking: We do not use third-party trackers or advertising identifiers (IDFA).
  • No Analytics: We do not collect “usage data” or “behavioral analytics” regarding how you use the app.

2. Data Storage and iCloud

All content you save—including Reels, YouTube links, PDFs, photos, and voice notes—is stored using Apple’s iCloud (CloudKit) service.

  • Private Storage: Your data is stored in your private iCloud database.
  • Developer Access: We (the developers of Anything) cannot access your iCloud database. Only you can access your data, and it is encrypted by Apple both in transit and at rest.
  • Syncing: Your data syncs across your own devices (iPhone, iPad, Mac) using your Apple ID.

3. System Extensions (Share & Keyboard)

Our app uses native iOS extensions to make saving easy:

  • Share Extension: When you use the “Share” button to save a link or file, the data is processed locally on your device and sent directly to your private iCloud storage.
  • Keyboard Extension: If you use our custom keyboard, it does not record or transmit your keystrokes. It is only used to facilitate the saving of text notes directly into your library.

4. Third-Party Services

  • Apple Services: Since the app uses iCloud, your data is subject to Apple’s Privacy Policy.
  • External Links: When you save a link to a third-party website (like Instagram or YouTube), those websites may have their own tracking. Anything does not control or share any data with these third parties.

5. Data Deletion

Since we do not store your data on our own servers, you have total control:

  • Deleting Items: Deleting an item within the app removes it from your iCloud storage.
  • Deleting the App: If you delete the app and choose to clear its data from iCloud via your device Settings, all your data will be permanently erased.

6. Children’s Privacy

Because we do not collect any personal information, our app does not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy occasionally. However, our core philosophy—that we do not collect your data—will never change.
