Welcome to Ultima GFX: Extreme Game Turbo. By installing, accessing, or using our mobile application (the “App”) or its server configuration endpoints, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the App.
1. Description of Service
Ultima GFX: Extreme Game Turbo is an optimization utility designed to help users modify local, client-side configuration text files of supported third-party games to alter graphic fidelity, adjust frames-per-second values, and monitor local system hardware performance metrics.
2. Device and System Access Permissions
To execute its core features, the App utilizes advanced local diagnostic tools, including an internal local ADB pairing client (“1-Click Smart-Bridge”) to securely interact with file directories under your explicit permission. By enabling “Wireless Debugging” and inputting system codes into the App, you acknowledge and grant the App permission to overwrite public local configuration paths for selected game packages on your device.
3. User Responsibility & Game Fair Play Policies
- Account Safety: Our optimizations modify client-side graphic parameters (INI/JSON text structures) that are inherently modifiable by device owners. We do not inject malicious script configurations or manipulate running active game process memory.
- Assumption of Risk: While our tools are structurally designed to align cleanly with standard game client setups, third-party game publishers constantly update internal anti-cheat enforcement algorithms. You acknowledge and explicitly agree that you use this App at your own sole discretion and risk. Penvy shall not be held liable or responsible for any restrictions, penalties, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans applied to your third-party game accounts resulting from automated platform changes.
4. Intellectually Property & Non-Affiliation
- Non-Affiliation Disclaimer: This App is a completely independent utility. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or structurally connected to any game development studios, publishers, or corporate entities (including but not limited to Krafton, Tencent, Garena, miHoYo, Epic Games, Activision, or Microsoft).
- Trademarks: All third-party game names, trademarks, package structures, and promotional images referenced inside the App or storefront descriptions belong exclusively to their respective owners. They are used here strictly under nominative fair use for descriptive, informational reference points.
5. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. Performance outcomes depend completely on your specific hardware configuration, chipset limits, and current OS parameters. In no event shall Penvy or its developers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential device damages, including system thermal throttling, hardware degradation, or battery drain arising from running game configurations outside native manufacturer specifications.
6. Termination of Service
We reserve the complete right to update, modify, restrict access to, or discontinue server-side config cloud sync endpoints at any time without prior notice if game publishers render specific configuration paths obsolete.
